Frequently asked questions
Can I try Premium features before subscribing?
Yes! Both Premium plans include a 14-day free trial. You get full access to every Premium feature: unlimited contacts, engagement plans, insights, sync, Apple Intelligence features, and AI-powered Siri actions. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly plans?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time through the App Store. If you switch from Monthly to Yearly, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your contacts and data are always yours. Nothing is deleted.
Is my data secure?
Your contacts are protected on your device by Apple’s Data Protection, the same on-device encryption that secures your Mail, Photos, and Messages. Sync (Premium) goes through your own private CloudKit database in your iCloud account. Contact data never lives on our servers, so there's no central database for anyone to breach.
Do I need a subscription for recurring reminders?
No! Recurring reminders are available to all users, including those on the Free plan. Premium unlocks unlimited contacts, engagement plans, insights, and sync features.
How does Enterprise licensing work?
Enterprise plans are tailored to your organisation's needs. Contact us to discuss volume licensing, custom onboarding, SLA requirements, and team management features.
